I have been and continue to be very impressed with Mr. Howson's culinary skills. Armed with personality, he consistently comes prepared and leaves guests with a wonderful experience. He has been the featured chef/caterer at a Thanksgiving event in Philadelphia, as well as a New Years Eve event. I must say, Mr. Howson's culinary prowess is undeniable. From the presentation to culmination, it is impressive. Having sampled and delighted in the various multiple course meals, I can truly say I look forward to future engagements.
